SAD was a charity that used to go against drugs and you could buy one of those pins that you attached to your clothes and it was popular with drug users as you could tell who was into this drug. My gay brother now married to a man would say he is a person who was Sad as he said he had Seasonally Affected Disorder which is called 'SAD'. When I got into the hospital system I got 'SAD' which means 'Schitzo Affective Disorder' which is also known as 'Drug Induced Schitzophrenia' which I have now it seems been cured of.
