The Gilshie

The Gilshie next to Cawdor was a place where we filled our time at seven shoplifting and fighting and going into flats and pressing the buttons of all the lifts and all the buttons so that people would have to wait ages and the lift would stop at every level. We would also take out the lights and drop them between the stair well to smash at the bottom. We would play on the railway lines so that the transport police would look for us and one boy got let away as he was 7 or something and to young to get into trouble, Another thing we did was to at night get a stick that we would stick into merda so that we could rub it all-over their windows as their curtain was shut for the night and we would wipe it all-over car windows writing 'shit is good' and we would put it in the car door handles just encase they wanted a spot of cleaning.
